Leanne did a great job managing the sale of our home. We knew it would be a long process because of our location and Leanne marketed our house the entire time. She found clever ways to get our home in the public view. She always stayed positive, even when we didn't. I have used Leanne in the past and if needed I will call on her in the future. She is someone I can trust to be there, who truly cares about you and will tell you honestly what you should be doing.

If I could give Leanne 10 stars out of 5 stars I would. Leanne helped me sell my house and purchase a new one. She was always kind, positive and professional. Leanne always went out of her way to make herself available when I wanted to see a house. Leanne helped me correct things that needed to be fixed per the inspection. One thing in particular she helped with was an issue with my garage door. She frequently shares her knowledge and offered suggestions/tips throughout the entire process. Leanne was there for me during both moves. When I was too exhausted to do a final cleaning to the house I sold, she graciously helped me clean to get that done. She helped me pack my car, she took my garbage that would t fit in my garbage can. She moved some of my items to my new house. She brought me flowers on the day I moved in. Selling and buying a house within a week is a huge task and I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor to help me though the process. I would recommend Leanne to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. She will find you the right house and help keep the stress to a minimum ??

Leanne was so knowledgeable about the housing market and specifically about my neighborhood. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, even lending me a few items of hers to stage my home!
